About Rentex Group
Who we are
Rentex Group was founded by Elie Khater and Roger Saber. This is an endeavour we wanted for a long time as childhood friends. Now coming to fruition, Rentex Group was made possible through our work at Easy Reno.
Rentex, though new, is backed by over 10 years of experience in renovation. The founder Elie used to work in construction and renovation in his homeland of Lebanon way back in the day. Since the mid 2000s, he has garnered the ever more significant experience working within the Ottawa region on homes and businesses of various kinds and sizes. In the process of, Elie has come to understand the regulations and licenses surrounding home renovation and construction, and for the past 6 years has studied the procedures for home flipping, property renting, and overall property management.
Our mission
Rentex Group exists to fill the following needs in the greater Ottawa area:
1) Reliable, secure and speedy property management
2) Fair cost of living and rental prices
3) Establishing a marketplace for other landowners and managers to successfully list and rent their properties
Rentex Group intends to fulfill these 3 missions in the following manners:
1) What makes us different in the first place? We are skilled and experienced, and we have a clear code. Rentex operates on what is written down on paper and signed. This means that if we say we will do something by a certain time, then it will be done by that time or before. If not, we take responsibility and pay the costs. Giving the greater Ottawa region reliable and speedy property management starts with holding ourselves accountable and tying our success to yours. Regarding security: we have installed surveillance cameras in all our locations as well as top of the line door locks to assure you of your safety on our properties. Furthermore, as is required by law, we have adhered to all the regulations and laws regarding fire and health safety, and continue to monitor and adhere to COVID-19 regulations with signage and rules in place and approved by local health authorities.
